Join us for an afternoon of pilates, ceramics, and socialization!
Enjoy outdoor prenatal/postpartum pilates in the park (0-4 years). Led by a prenatal certified Pilates and yoga instructor from Om Baby Bliss, this invigorating parent-focused class is specially designed to support expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey and postpartum mothers in their rebuilding.
Doodlebug Designs will be on-site offering ceramic handprint and footprint stamping for your littles. Lots of samples will be on display!
