Getting Together
Check out our schedule to see a listing of our upcoming events. If you plan to meet us at one of our store events, no appointments are necessary.
We are also available by appointment at our studio in Scripps Ranch. Available dates are also listed on our schedule.
When we meet, you’ll pick the style, color, and the inscription of your plates. Don’t worry, we have lots and lots of samples for you to choose from! View items, check out our colors and fonts on our customization page, or get inspired on our Instagram page.
Taking the Impressions
It’s not hard, we promise! Once you've picked out your customizations, we’ll take the impression of your little one. We use a soft, non-toxic clay made specifically for us. Unlike some of the DIY kits you may have tried, our clay is not messy, and will simply wipe or wash off.
There is no special preparation necessary for the stamping. If you are planning on taking impressions of your children’s feet, you might want to dress them in an outfit that we can get to their feet easily. We generally need only about 10 minutes of your time to complete stamping.
Payment options include cash, check, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and most cards.
Order Processing
Our orders normally take about 4 weeks to complete.
Once we take the impressions, your order stays with us from start to finish; all glazing, firing, painting, and finishing touches are done in-house. We spend a lot of time on the production of your order so that every piece is just right.
Please allow an extra week during peak holidays – Christmas season and Mother’s Day.
Pick Up
After production, our orders are carefully packaged in bubble wrap so they get to you safely.
Generally, orders are returned to the location where the impression was taken. We can also deliver your order to any of our other host stores or to our Scripps Ranch studio. Shipping is available for an extra fee.
