If what you receive is not what is on your invoice, we will gladly redo the piece for you. We want you to love our work as much as we do!

 

Please keep in mind that these are one-of-a-kind pieces, and therefore no two will be alike. Naturally occurring colors and variations in the clay are out of our control and are not considered a mistake. 

 

Please note that any changes made after your order has been taken cannot be guaranteed. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request, but we are unable to change or redo your pieces after they have entered a certain stage in production.
