We’re thrilled you’re interested in supporting our small business! Please be aware of our company policies so that we can create the best possible experience for you.

Order Accuracy

If we made a mistake and what you received is not what was recorded on your invoice, we will gladly correct the issue. If it is not possible for us to correct the error on your original item, we can remake it free of charge or issue a refund. Our priority is for you to have a keepsake you love.

You are responsible for ensuring your receipt reflects your desired order before you pay.

Please keep in mind that these are one-of-a-kind pieces, and therefore no two will be alike. Naturally occurring colors, textures, and variations in the clay may occur. These are not within our control and are not considered a mistake.

Returns

Because every item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns.

Pricing

Doodlebug Designs' pricing structure applies to items as described and as pictured on our price list. Requests for items with excessive detail or embellishment, as well as off-menu items, are considered commissions and are subject to additional fees.

Payment

We require payment at the time of ordering.

Contactless payments are welcomed. Payment methods include card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron, VPay, JCB, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover), mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, Venmo, and cash.

Sales tax applies to all orders.

Retroactive Changes to your Order

Please note that any changes made after your order has been taken cannot be guaranteed. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request, but we are unable to change or redo your pieces after they have entered a certain stage in production.

Order Pickup

Please pick up your order in a timely fashion. We, nor our partner locations, can hold your finished order longer than 6 months from the date of completion.

Intellectual Property Rights

Doodlebug Designs owns the rights to its works. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Putting images of our work through any AI engine is prohibited. We kindly decline any AI-generated references for creating pieces.

Unless specifically requested otherwise, we reserve the right to post images of our work on our website and social media platforms.

Right to Refusal of Service

Please be kind. We reserve the right to refuse service to potential customers who are aggressive, rude, inappropriate, or threatening in any way.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time as needed. All changes will be reflected on this page.
