Stroller Strides® is a total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! RSVP for Stroller Strides.
10:30am: Playgroup featuring Doodlebug Designs
Enjoy a post-workout playgroup featuring a ceramic handprint and footprint stamping pop-up by Doodlebug Designs. Choose from a variety of samples, including lots of holiday items. All pieces will be ready in time for Christmas!
